4. Adhere to HSEQ and ZeTo Rules:
Communicate, interpret and adhere to Engen's Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) policies and Zero Tolerance (ZeTo) rules to ensure individual safety and that of others, safeguard business operations and Engen's compliance to industrial requirements.

5. Good Governance:
Enforce the implementation of applicable Engen procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA) to safeguard Engen's interest, image and reputation.

6. Mindset, Behaviour and Culture:
Develop and implement distinctive mindset, behaviour and culture to achieve high work performance by adoption and implementation of value interventions, tools and methodologies to promote and instil high sense of commitment, ownership, integrity and loyalty that will contribute to operational excellence.

7. Adhere to COBE, POPI, and ABC Policies:
Communicate, interpret and champion the execution of Engen's policies and provisions of the Codes of Conduct & Business Ethics (COBE), Protection of Personal Information (POPI) and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), and undertake appropriate mitigation and/or intervention programmes to safeguard business operations, high staff discipline and industrial harmony.

Stakeholder Relationship Management
Establishes and maintains cross functional collaboration
Develops internal and external stakeholder networks
Ensure CSC initiatives are understood and supported
Represents Engen at internal and external forums
Manages the relationship with IT and IS on behalf of CSC
Provides expert advice and guidance on compliance issues
Ensures operational benchmarks are established, communicated and consistently applied

Key Job Specific Accountabilities 2:
Quality Assurance
Directs and manages risk compliance issues
Develops and maintains a quality management system and ensures that quality standards are achieved at best cost to company
Conducts root cause analysis on incidents reported to established mitigating strategies
Reviews CSC business processes at agreed intervals to ensure applicability
Assimilates and analyses internal and external CSC business environment factors
Analyses benchmarking information to ensure relevance to industry and aligned to customer requirements
Monitors effectiveness of intervention by identifying measurements criteria and timelines
Business process improvement
World class CSC practices adapted to suit Engen business environment

Key Job Specific Accountabilities 3:
Operational Management
Identifies and recommends improvement initiatives e.g. processes
Processes aligned with operational objectives
Manages resource planning activities for relevant area
Ensure effective utilisation and deployment of workforce
Analysis Customer Order Fulfillment reports
Highlight and report on trends to business including recommendations
Drafts and submits costing analysis reports on a monthly basis
Investigates methods to reduce contain costs
Tracks realisation of identified benefits

Key Job Specific Accountabilities 4:
Information Management
Monitors and evaluates the need for information requirements
Initiates requests for reporting enhancements or upgrades from IS
Keeps abreast with appropriate technology solutions in external market and submits relevant recommendations
Ensure process efficiency and optimisation
Analyses data contained in various reports and adds business intelligence
Tests all reporting development upgrades to relevant reports prior to implementation
Accurate databases established and maintained
Monitors performance of operating systems and recommends any amendments or enhancements.
Impact on related systems established and managed
Analyses system reports at agreed intervals and compiles monthly reports

Reviews project proposals
Manages and approves project scope changes
Supports and oversees project roll-out
Ensure that projects are completed within budget, agreed timeframe and resources
Oversees project closure by ensuring that pre-defined objectives are achieved

Trains, mentors and coaches' subordinates
Develops a challenging and rewarding working environment
Proactively manages employee stress levels
Makes timeous recommendations for staffing requirements
Education & Experience Minimum Qualification, Accreditation & Experience:
NQF Level 7 (Degree in any discipline)
4 years experience in Call Centre environment
2 years experience in Supervisory/ Team Leader level
2 years Call Centre Operations Management
