Sappi Ngodwana Mill seeks to place a suitably qualified Work Integrated learner to complete a formalised learning programme in terms of practical experience needed to achieve a full national qualification as set out by the formal studies provider.

REPORTING TO the Human Resources Consultant: Learning and Development

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF TRAINING

  • Practical exposure to the following duties related to a Human Resources position within the organisation:
    • HR Administration
    • SAP HR system
    • Payroll and payroll systems
    • Industrial relations
    • Employee well being
    • Recruitment and recruitment administration
    • L&D Administration
    • Training co-ordination and planning
    • Training needs identification
    • Study loan management
    • Training delivery
    • External provider management
    • Training presentation and facilitation
    • Training evaluation
    • Workplace skills planning
    • Learner management process

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
