Provide customer support via various Social Mediums. The Social Mediums include, but are not limited to: Twitter, Facebook, MyBroadband. and Google+. Resolve the queries of online customers in real time, or obtain more information from customers, where after the existing SOC escalation process applies. This may also include the management of a team and related projects.
